shaking legs.

i have found out by doing this program that i have to do the squat last. when i got to do the squat first my legs start to shake when i do my bent over rows. however when i do the rows first they don't shake. any other issues like this?

Warm up enough? I take my time doing all my rolling dynamic stretching and band stretching. Sounds like you are going in cold when squating.0
