Close, but not Zero Carbs

                    I have been following an anti-inflammatory diet that is no flour, no sugar, no dairy.   Is that close enough?  I do consume carbs in fruit or the occassional potato and oatmeal.

            Hi..yes, that's close enough. You get 2 cheat days in the month. Can u switch your potato to sweet potato? Fruits, vegetables and oatmeal is fine0
