So a coworker and I always work Thanksgiving so everyone else can have off. Usually she opens and works 4 or 5 hours and I close working no more than 6 hours. Not this year I have a 10 hour shift and she has to come in and work during the middle of my shift to give me a lunch. Talk about two unhappy campers but this was sent down from corporate so it shall be done. I'm willing to take my lunch early so my coworker can leave early. One of us should be happy. No it's not time and 1/2 it's straight time. I know it's crazy to volunteer for a holiday but I like Mother's day off and my coworker likes pretty much every other holiday. LOL
