Fat vs Sugar is on PBS right now - West Coast time. I'll give a review later.
Still on - I have a feeling Coca Cola paid for this documentary. So I looked up the Diet Dr take on this and got a much better perspective. I no longer recommend this lol.

It does give an excellent analysis of combining fat and sugar - more addictive than heroin! Rats would rather eat cheesecake than anything else. I can relate.0
