I'm new to LCHF lifestyle. I've slacked in the past, but now I'm trying to get back on it. I lack motivation and focus. I really want to start back working out, would love a buddy!
I'm running out of recipes. I'm tired of eggs and bacon. Have any good ones! Anyways, send me an invite!

There is threads here for recipes and one for pictures of food to inspire you. One good low carb web site for low carb receipes is newimage.club or Google for many more.
Get lots of MFP friends, comment on forums and log log log. You can do this with friends all over the world.

Hello!! I'm a Michigander! I live in Detroit. There are so many options, don't get bored! Meat and veggies is simple, broccoli is low in carbs, and there are so many things you can do w/ cauliflower...!

Don't forget to read the Launch Pad, located at the top of the group page. Is full of information (recipes), informative links... to help newbies get the best start possible! I'm sooooo sorry! Plus, if you put the words low carb high fat, or keto before almost any recipe, the options are endless. No more boredom from food! Best of luck'!0

Welcome Alexus! I am from SW MI, near Kalamazoo.
I like to cook, so keeping a variety of foods in my quick 'n ready arsenal helps a lot.
Ditto the Launch Pad. I look there when I am looking for something new.
Do you like cabbage? For me, it is comfort food that is very healthy, but low in carbs. It is heaven sautéed in bacon fat, tossed into a pot of soup, mixed with bacon or uncured sausage and garlic.
And avocados. I have found a zillion ways to incorporate them into my diet, but the more time passes, I just eat them with a little salt. Avocados are so tasty mixed with canned tuna, mayo, and sriacha.
I made this for Thanksgiving and substituted the flour. My mom kept the wee bit of leftovers and said she ate it the next morning for breakfast. It's delicious.
