I joined this group today..I use treadmill everyday for anywhere between 60 mins to 90 mins.
I wish to lose at least 1 lb or so per week hence I feel maybe my goals match yours.
so how do we track it?
do you wear/use a pedometer? if yes then we can track everyday step counts? or let me know how do we plan.

I walk and jump rope (um, TRY to jump rope). Every year, I do great until the holidays roll around. Then everything flies out the window. So now I'm joining groups through December to help me keep on track! I am at work, but as soon as I get home, I'll weigh myself and post my answers.

@vrinda9183 It does sound like we have similar goals in mind. I use my IPhone step-counter to keep up with my steps. But, no one needs to feel pressured to have to keep up with anyone else. Although, I do like the idea that someone has similar goals to my own. Maybe we can do some planning together as far as how many minutes to spend on the treadmill daily. I have been trying to get in at least 45min each day, four days out of the week. I have walked more days, but my goal is at least four.

@kalenawald Sounds good! I would love to attempt to jump rope, but I am legally blind. It has crossed my mind it I have been afraid that I would fall & give my children lots to laugh at lol!

@2020pinktogo Right now my treadmill is my main focal point. I also use Leslie Sansone DVDs, but during the holidays I will probably not be able to use them; due to the limited space in my living room with a Christmas tree.

what I do to help me walk more than 45 mins on treadmill is..I watch a show/episode alongwith walking. this way I don't notice the time spent walking :-)
so usually I'm watching either 2 episodes or 1.5 episode daily.
I'm addicted to TV shows so it helps me here.

I use my dvd's on my computer in a small office as every time I used the dvd on the tv I screwed up my husbands satellite dish thingy and it took him forever to fix. LOL
