Walking away pounds monthly challenge!

Using the treadmill for my exercise program; trying to bring weight off slowly. Eating normal everyday foods; Weighing days will be on Saturday. Looking for new friends that are also wanting to lose weight slowly over a period of time. I have set my goal for 50lbs, but I need to lose about 95lbs.
