Well, it is the last weigh in date of December. Hope everyone reached their goals; but, if someone did not, that's okay. Remember, we are taking this weight loss journey slow and steady. So if you lost any weight this month, no matter how much it was, or how little it was, CONGRATULATE Yourself!! You lost weight!!
