Hi! How is everyone doing?

I have days where I am doing great and then there are those days where I feel like I'm just getting the bare minimum done for exercise. Due to work, the holidays and just trying to get everything done that needs to be done. How is everyone else doing?

Well, I have been trying to push myself this week in my exercises, but my scales aren't cooperating with me. I walked 90 minutes on the treadmill tonight, jumped on the trampoline with my great nephew, and some housework in hopes of moving them tomorrow. the last time I hit a plateau I stayed on it for six weeks. I pray that doesn't happen this time.0

My last plateau I was there for 3 weeks and I had to change up my food to get things moving again. I am one of those people who eats the same thing everyday day in and day out.0
