4 miles with Leslie with the warm up and cool down it's an hour. This one is the Ultimate 5 day walk plan but you can personalize your workout and do the walks you like in the order you like.
I never do the blue mile as I hate jumping jacks. LOL Have a great day!!

    Early morning fitness (60 minutes), half an hour of ocean swimming and an evening of Brazilian Jui Jitsu technique, with a few minutes of practising judo falls and rolls. Ended off the day listening to my sensei share his heart and passion for over 30 minutes. One of the most inspiring things to do. I love being on holiday in summer!

    Well I had what you would consider a midlife meltdown at work today so at lunch I put on an oversized raincoat and did 4 miles of walking at lunch to calm myself down. LOL Our boss goes Do you want to tell me what's going on? I said I need to walk!!! Ok you do that. I guess they watched the crazy woman run around the building in the rain talking to herself til she calmed down but when I came in I felt so much better. LOL
