Bad habits are hard to break and good ones are hard to instate. I'm posting a challenge to anyone here who has never been able to make exercise a habit. I am committing to moving 60% of the days of every month for a whole year. That's about four days a week and only for 15 minutes. It can be more but no less! I'm tracking my progress with stickers in a calendar book. I get two stickers for an hour workout. The last time I committed to 15 minutes of exercise for every day of one month I ended up walking 50 miles! If anyone would like to commit with me I would love it. Lets do it together!
