So far I have done an hour with leslie hoping that has made me tired enough to lay back down and rest awhile longer as i'm working a double today.

60 min early morning fitness class
90 min open mat BJJ. Only a few of us there so we rolled a bit and drilled a bunch of stuff, in between playing with my friend's 4 year old who was hanging out on the mat with us
Then my friend took her first fitness class so I ended up doing it to support her so as another 60 min of that.
Oh, and I didn't eat supper because we had this event straight after fitness!0
