Exercise log - set a goal and see if you can achieve it

I have done this in the past. You set a goal for the month (minutes, sessions, distance, whatever works for you) and then log here (as often as you want) to see your progress towards the goal. Some things that help, set a realistic goal that you know you can achieve, you can always increase it during the month. Log regularly, at least once a week, so you can see how you are doing. Encourage each other. Don't be intimidated by other goals, we are all at different stages of our journey, with different goals.
My goals are pretty high because I am training hard for competition next year. At the beginning of the year, I thought it was good if I got three low intensity training sessions in per week. My journey this year has changed me completely and I now do 2-3 high intensity sessions per day.

My goal is 2600 minutes in December (That is 100 minutes a day, with 5 rest days).

I was on leave this week so decided to push really hard!0 -
Well I really thought I would be up to 700 min a week LOL but work put a damper on that.
As I'm still working extra shifts and it's lucky I get a day off I'm going to go for 300 to 400 min a week when work goes back to normal I will get back to my 500 and try and get to that goal of 700 which seems so far away.0 -
