Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to focus on one of the things that our body needs the most...protein!

Today's Challenge:
Try a different type of protein than what you usually eat!

If you normally eat chicken, Try fish! Just switch it up a bit today and try something new. Maybe try something vegan!

    I NEVER eat peanut butter, but i totally downed some peanut butter toast this morning with craisins on it. mission accomplished!

    Hm this will be tough for me. I eat a wide variety of proteins on a regular basis. .. I'll get back to you

    My husband cooks dinner and our dinners are planned when we shop on the weekends. So we might have fish tonight. We might have frozen pizza. I think we have a couple options still.

    I tried garbanzo's and Kidney beans in my salad for lunch instead of the chicken. :)

    Had a smoothie for dinner with protein powder :)
