This was posted on my surgeon's FB page and I thought was a good explanation for anyone who is wondering why you can't drink with your meals post-op. So simple, yet eye opening as a good reminder to me at 8mo post op.

I really like that visual. I has always been told to drink water before and during a meal to help you feel full and struggled with why no drinking from my surgeon..wow. ..now I get it.
