Missed my monthly goal by 2 lbs. I was trying to impress my lovely wife by cooking big thick juicy hamburgers & homemade fries. It didn't go over very well, for she was not pleased with a high calorie, high sodium meal with weigh-in being the next day. Whoops, my bad, we could have met our goal.
