Week 10! Look at us getting into the double digits eh?
I usually weigh myself on a daily basis to watch the fluctuations so it's easy to see the same number for a few days and get disheartened, which is why I like checking in on a Thursday here too. This way I get to see the big and the small picture.

I agree! I also do a daily weigh in so I don't freak out when the scale goes up -- looking at past patterns of loss/gain I know that I will eventually lose the gain plus some if I continue to track my calories. Officially recording my weight on Thursdays helped add a level of accountability that keeps me on track. This challenge has been great. I'll be checking in again on Thursday.0

I'm adding mine in for Weds this week, partially as I weighed in on Weds *last* week and partly because man, it's Wednesday night and I've consumed.. I'm not going to say a whole tray of brownies.. but a partial tray, and a fair bit of banana bread above my maintenance level that'll leave me bloated for a good few days. It's not about not being accountable, more that I want my weekly weigh in to be an accurate picture of my weight - not my weight plus 2kilos of water and fudge-y deliciousness.

Looks like I'm on track for what I said was my original Xmas weight of 59 - looking how I am now I might go a bit below the 58 I'd considered my UGW and get my body fat a bit lower before I bulk up.. who knows right now.
I'm proud of us that have got this far btw - not judging anyone at all for *not* being here with us, life gets in the way and all, but it's cool that those of us that are here now, are, well, here.
