Trucker specific food logging question: the night shift.

my current trucking gig is a dedicated route that is basically 30 hours of driving>>3 days of local deliveries>>30 hours of driving. I drive the night portions and am undecided about the best way to log my food. Do I book it based on what meal it is to me (I.e. Breakfast at 6:00 pm) or do I book it based on what meal it is closest to in the regular world? During the local delivery time and the time at home I am up days and sleep nights.

I'd log it how you view what the meal is. It just matters that you log what you're eating.

I drive too. We live in a world no one really understands. I run sort of a dedicated run also but as you know some days my breakfast is at 3pm and some days lunch could be midnight. And let's not even talk about how bedtime is scattered all over the place. I just joined the group, glad to see something about truck drivers.

I stuck with subs from subway for a whole year. I lost 20 pounds. I would walk during my half hour break. And since I'm home every weekend I get more exercise in that way.
