Ello ello all. Reggie aka Hiddanas. Let's see I'm an amateur podcaster. I like to travel, run, swim, hike. I'm also diabetic
and I'm working hard to get that under control.
My goals for the year are:
1) Lower my A1C
2) Get under 240
3) Keeping up with this and making this a really great community.
4) The program I use to track and analyze my runs has an achievement for running at least 1 mile every day during a leap year. Getting that achievement in 2016 is my biggest goal.
As for help just like a tweet or a helpful word works wonders. Also I wouldn't mind a little ribbing to get me back on the right path.0 -
