Not So Humble Brag
I ran 6 miles the other day. There was a time when I was struggling with 1 mile let alone thinking about running 6. I've been bouncing around the mid 250's for the past few months and now I broke that 250 barrier and I'm 249. Days when I struggle I have to remember how far I've come. Cheat Day
Do you believe in them? What is your cheat day go to meal? I'm all about cheat day. I need a day to just not care what I'm eating. My go to is Philly Cheesestake and Chili Cheese Fries. Nom Nom Nom.
