I ran 6 miles the other day. There was a time when I was struggling with 1 mile let alone thinking about running 6. I've been bouncing around the mid 250's for the past few months and now I broke that 250 barrier and I'm 249. Days when I struggle I have to remember how far I've come. So let's take a second to pat ourselves on the back. How far have you come? #NotSoHumbleBrag #HowFarIveCome

    I just got into this group because of Hidanas who has been an inspiration to me with his focus on running and his health overall. This January I did bicep curls everyday. I finished at least 30 bicep curls per arm per day. This February I'm adding push ups, triceps press, and the ab wheel. I also am beginning my 1,200 miles in 10 months on the stationary bike. I am hopeful to stay active and to achieve these goals.
