Merry Christmas. I hope you all behaved better than I did today. I might have had cheesecake and a canoli. Lol
I am back on the wagon as of this very moment. Not even waiting for tomorrow. My stomach didn't appreciate the carbs.0 -

I ate four pieces of frozen pizza and now I'm having a carb overload reaction. Ugh! Cold sweats and overall feeling of yuck. Guess it just confirms I need to stick to low carb.0 -
I've been good, if you don't count having a bit too much wine of course.0

I had 2 brownies and a bit of fudge Wednesday and Thursday and I was sick, sick, sick. Back on the wagon completely today and keeping carbs really low and feeling much better. But sadly I reactivated sweet cravingsHopefully they will go away soon.

Merry Christmas to all. It is Boxing Day here. I am back on the home made sauerkraut with bacon, air dried ham, boiled egg and avocado after a big feast yesterday. Was good though. Sometimes we all need a break from the routine.0

Had sausage, egg, and cheese casserole for breakfast (made by me). Then we had an early supper at this in-laws. Was brisket (yum!), corn and green bean casseroles, potato salad, rolls and chocolate pie. I did have about a tbsp. (I logged two) of each side dish (except rolls and dessert) and they tasted terrible! Plus, the full bloated feeling isn't worth it! The brisket was very good and I'm looking forward to some leftovers!0

Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy new year to all.
Decided to allow myself a xmas glass of wine, a crumpet, a pack of chocolate toffees and 5 chocolate coffee beans plus my pork n veg main. 50% over calories and lost weight that day- bizarre. Back on track today. Roasting chicken, eggplant and zuchini. Yum.0 -
Thanks again to you all. You all are the best.
Happy Boxing Day to you all.Yesterday I ate too much but stayed lower carb, but not low carb or very low carb. My mom made me some of my favourite foods so I ate some; I ate half of a cinnamon bun and three pierogi. She makes then gluten free special for me, and anyone who bakes GF knows that GF flour is MUCH harder to worker with than normal flour. It was a labor of love. She's great, and so I savoured every bite!
The rest of my day was low carb but I ate way too much. I am still full this morning. LOL0 -
Happy Boxing Day. The fridge is full of leftover turkey, ham, Brussels sprouts and salad and everything is calm. I did eat a couple of cookies yesterday, a small portion of mashed potatoes, and alcoholic beverages that I don't normally allow, but it was very good, and there is time to get back on track before the New Year. I always look forward to Boxing Day, and won't venture near the stores, but will just enjoy a quiet day at home.0

Santa got my boys an Xbox so they are dying to go shop for some games. They really wanted to go out today but I said no way!0 -
Happy Boxing Day! Today back on the wagon to detox! I decided to just enjoy myself and interestly the carbs really didn't affect me at all. I was expecting lots of heartburn and cravings but so far so good (with the cravings) today we are having a snowstorm...sure a day after Christmas! So just hanging out at home! Also the dang newsfeed is down again....sooooo....annoying.....0

Hope everyone had a marvelous Christmas. Back to work for me today and everybody decided to leave their baked goods including a carrot cake (my all time fav), red velvet cake and a lone solitary cake pop. None of it even looks appealing to me today. A few days ago I would have been tempted but after the horrible stomach consequences of eating brownies and fudge I am not even interested. Have been very low carb the past two days and that seems to be helping purge the poison.0

I did my slipping in dribs and drabs all week. So glad it's all but over! So much easier without all the emotional crapola. So I am gratefully returning to my rational, predictable, tasty, and fulfilling way of eating. Luv my keto. Luv getting skinny. Luv new clothes. Luv dancing all night and feeling great. I survived the holidays, 2015!!! Yay!!!0
