tempted with this or the vivoactive as I have the garmin f15 which is a running watch as well as an activity tracker. Only issue is I can't wear it on my wrist at work (work in a hospital) so I'd need to place it in a pocket. Would it still work? My F15 is ok as there is still movement & is around the same calories as when I had a fibit zip/one.0

I love my FitBit Surge. I've had it for almost a year. It works great. The clip on my strap broke and they replaced my FitBit within 3 days. No complaints since it was my fault. I run a lot. I've used many trackers and the Surge is right on the money. The HR monitor is dead on. The GPS works great. The calories burned at my pace matches my other trackers and manual calculations. Don't believe many of the negative posts. The Surge IS water proof. I have never had it fog up and I wear it all day, every day, in Florida.0

I just got my surge as Christmas gift to help me get back on track. I had a Samsung gear fit that was awesome but then I got an iPhone. So I love it!0
