    I didnt even have this on my radar. Then read your blog - and happy I did. It excited me and made me rethink some of my current eating ways. Ive tried to do whole30 before solo and didnt get very far. This time around I reached out to the wonderful fb and have made my own little group of local friends that are interested in doing it with me too! Support. What a difference it makes. Im starting Jan 3rd... need to do some planning first!

    I'm glad I took a few days to plan and ease into it. That does help! Today I'm ready.
