Hoping this group is still active! Only on day 2, but I'm feeling great. So far, no headaches and haven't really been overly hungry between meals! Slowly getting the hang of the program :)
So have you tried anything and were like... OMG that was amazing! If so please share! I just made the yummiest soup - then added grilled shrimp to it. OMG it was amazing. Im day 17 - have done awesome! And now we are likely going to be snowed in for a bit and ALL I can think about is yummy comfort snowed in with the kids kind of food... cookies, homemade breads, comfort foods for dinner. Im having a yelling fight in my head over it right now.

Good Morning. I've found that bone broth is a great help. If you have a turkey carcass left from the holidays, simmer it for hours and drink a cup first thing in the morning. Doesn't completely take the place of coffe, but is soothing.
Not sure if there are anywhere but the Northeast but if you have them by you they have sugar free almond butter and sugar free bacon! It's their own brand too.
I'm doing this from my phone so hopefully it comes out right. I've planned out my first 4 days... love some input. Now to go shopping
