Fresh Breath

Okay, I hope I'm not the only one with this dilemma and wanted to see if anyone is creative enough to help me find a solution to a problem that I have. (Maybe this is an issue for you guys too!) Since gum, breath fresheners, mints, etc. are off limits during Whole30 I was wondering if anyone had any clever ideas to help keep your breath smelling fresh! I think carrying fresh mint leaves around seems a little unrealistic.

    Young living peppermint oil is therapeutic grade and generally regarded safe for consumption. I wonder if that would help? It has nothing added and is just the oil of mint leaves.

    I use the listerine spray and the melt thing on my tongue - didnt even think to look to see if they are whole 30 safe

    Ditto @christinasavage -- I need to let things like that go or it drives me batty and I want to quit.
