Beginners Shred

Once upon a time I did the 30 Day Shred and it beat me inot the ground. I persisted, and I was so proud when I was able to complete those workouts and not wish a glorious end to my misery.

Fast forward a few years and I try to do it again. Nope! I fell off the wagon and Jillian kicks my butt again.

But I've found a beginner Shred. It's kinder to my aging knees, still makes me sweat, and I get that positive feedback of COMPLETING IT. Barely, but I did it.

Has anyone else tried the baby Shred? Does it work for you? Do you think it's a viable transition to the traditional Shred workouts?
