    1. Make it to 150lbs by August 19th. I'm 163lbs now, but I'm also in maintenance until May 1st.
    2. Able to run a half marathon by the end of next year. Not compete, just be able to do it.
    3. Nail all the yoga positions if only for a few seconds, but hopefully for 1 minute each.

WHEW! What a year and incredibly amazing year :)
    1) Get into a real work out routine, I start and stop and start and stop - I want a real routine that isn't routine and boring - I plan to go 2016 miles this year, between walking and hopefully by the end of the year running (I joke all the time if you see me running you better run too, I don't run), this will also include weights and getting back to yoga
    2) enter into maintenance sometime this year - I hit my surgeons goal 13 lbs ago, I don't think I am done yet - still losing although slow, I don't know when I will done it's just not yet I had 175 in mind but at only 2lbs away I don't think that's it either - my body will tell me
    3) hit my macros 5 out of 7 days - I am a carb-o-phob, it's really a head game for me...I eat carbs and panic, I need to get over all the self doubt and negative self talk - I need to understand that I can have some it isn't the end of the world but "some" doesn't mean "lots" or a day full - it's a slippery slope that I'm afraid of and over the holidays one cookie day binge made me painfully aware my relationship with food is not yet healed...

    1) Start working out with my kids
a: walking at least a mile every day
b: hiking at least once per week 3-5 miles
    c: meditate every day
    d: yoga every other day
e: body weight exercises on the days I don't do yoga

    2) Become more educated about my decision to go vegetarian and have no more slips

    3) Cut out processed foods and empty carbs and replace with veggies, fruit, beans, lentils, etc

    4) Make sure I take my vitamins every day

    5) Try to drink as close to a gallon of water a day as I can get

    6) Reduce Stress
    a: see a therapist
b: get back into my hobbies and interests like nature photography and animal rescue
c: meditate every day with my daughter and son
d: shut off all electronics at least an hour before bed and read to my children
e: spend more time with my dogs going for walks and hikes
f: recenter and focus on my spirituality
g: start listening to music again instead of vegetating in front of the tv

    7) Lose the last 97 pounds by June 2016

    8) Start walking then jogging 5ks and doing some mud runs

    9) Join CrossFit

    10) Be happy and content with my life. Learn to live in the now. Stop worrying about what I can not change. Realize that negativity will only get myself negativity. To live in peace I must be positive about everything. Stop being judgemental and hateful. Learn to be one with nature and all encompassed in nature.

    Namaste

My one and only goal is to enter ONEderland by my 30th birthday, which is in two weeks. I feel like I'm at a standstill, losing these last few pounds very slowly. I was sleeved on 4/14/15; HW: 321, CW: 206 - 115 pounds gone forever, and I feel amazing! But I still want that 199! :)
