    I need to see if the member who usually does the spreadsheets joined this challenge, if not if anyone can do one, that would be great. I would not know where to start. Remember it does not matter your weigh in, what day or what week. It's about what works for you.

    Ooops! Missed yesterdays start - I was traveling. But I did weigh yesterday and my starting weight is 265.2

    A spread sheet would be awesome but I don't know how to generate one either.
