While I'm waiting for the butter to soften I check the boards here. What's the butter for? Brownies, of course. See, my daughter is with her dad and my husband is working 3-11pm today. That leaves me home alone with a box of brownie mix. All I have to do is wait for the butter to soften. The oven is already pre heating. Like it's going to make it to the oven. I'll probably eat half the raw batter, then throw the rest away, or save it for later. The key is to get rid of the evidence before he gets home tonight.
I know I don't have to do this but the feeling I have inside wants me to. It's propelling me to do this horrible thing, that I know will make me feel awful. My stomach will be distended and I will feel so gross. So sad. So disgusted.
But I don't right now. Now I feel a little stronger. For the internets are listening to me. I'm going to go turn the oven off. I'm going to put the butter in the freezer. BRB

Ok, that's done. drank a full glass of water. feel better? not yet. But at least I'm not disgusted and sad at myself.

So, today:
Me - 1
Binge - 0

*clap* that is awesome. I must admit that very rarely can I turn a binge around when I have already taken steps to have one.

Good for you. I agree with the previous poster: so much harder to stop once that ball is actually rolling. Keep up the great work!

Good gracious. I don't know that I could have turned the Titanic around on a dime like you did...

That is a sheer act of incredible strength. Know that you have inspired someone else today... (hugs)
