My family thinks I have lost my mind. I just rolled my filet in crushed hot pork rinds..lol
Its good. I am going to try it on my chicken breast.

    I like using pork rinds as a coating for meats too - never tried it on fish. Glad to hear it was tasty!

    I used the pork rinds last week on fish, turned out great and I couldn't really tell the difference in mine and my husbands fish which he coated in regular bread crumbs.

    That does sound good. Fish is good with almond slivers cooked in butter too.
