I figured out why it's so hard to workout! It's because there's so much to do. Cats to pet. Movies to watch, Books to read. Friends to visit. Pretty christmas presents to play with! Very very important!

    I got this!!

Paula...ya gotta put down the Play Doh and pick up the dumbbells!! :p

Walked by myself this morning (7.23 total miles for 13,738 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.25 miles in 45 mins then worked out to KCM's kettlebell DVD...did the 2nd workout...I won't be able to move tomorrow. I'm still sore from Saturday's workout!! Then I did another challenge. It's been a good day.

I go back to 1st grade tomorrow. Don't know if I'll get all this done in a day. We'll just have to see. I'll have less time to put my face in the fridge, that's for sure.

I hope everyone is doing great. Back tomorrow!!

    Chris,

Aren't you supposed to put ice on your aching muscles? I don't think putting your face in the refrigerator is the same thing.

Paula I totally agree there is not enough time in the day for everything. Yesterday it was the insurance adjuster, the plumber and the contractor who will repair the ceiling. They took up my entire day!

I was able to get in a 2 mile walk...somehow.

I have to go to the office today and tomorrow. First day back...it will be hell. Not sure about tennis practice tonight, it's supposed to be below freezing. If no practice I will try to do a DVDs tonight.

    Great day ladies.

Oh my, play do, faces in the fridge, and adjusters! No fun. I must look up that dumbbell KCM DVD Chris. Sounds fun. Love dumbbells. Muahaha.

Anyway ladies I got workout one done of Muscle Definition. It is a 41 (KCM can not tell time) minute full body workout. Complete with warm-up and a stretch at the end. The dips are a pain and it is helpful to have a bench.

I know how badly I want this.

Clara I hope you're feeling better. Good job on the weights and the eating.

Walked fast w/Bean this morning (6.73 total miles for 12,900 steps). DH had a doc's appt. Then got on the bike for 13.0 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then I went to 1st grade. It's been a good day. ;)

Almost forgot. My mom's flight was cancelled on Tuesday, only we were not notified! So they put her on a plane the next afternoon. So we had an extra evening together.

    Great job Chris!

Oh no Clara I missed that you were ill. Get better.

So I walked some today. But I wimped out for more lifting. My legs and *kitten* are feeling yesterdays workout. Right now I hate KCM! :drinker:

I think the fish I want to be the star in my tank is seasonal. So I put my name on two waiting lists. If anyone cares to see it here is the name: White Tail Bristletooth tang. This is a smaller, 5" or so, peaceful tang. Reef safe and very personable.

He's too cute. Is it purple?

Been feeling a little under the weather. My godson had the sniffles so I may have caught something from him. We have rennis today...weather permitting. Next week I'm in DC for a training class. I haven't traveled for work in a few years...no money in the budget.

I should get a lot of steps in as we will walk around in the evening after class. Also, the hotel is attached to a mall. So if the weather is bad I can walk inside.

    Great Saturday ladies,

Paula you are awesome! B)<3 I am sending you a huge hug.

Kathy I have never seen it in person. I know that their intensifies as they mature. I have done lots of research into it. I spoke with a couple of different folks who had one for a couple of years. They lost them due to moves. I am not moving!

Thanks so much Paula. Funny but I have been to that store. It is in Denver Colorado. And is a great little store. B)

    Goodnight.

    Make this time count!

Kathy...I so dislike the cold. I so miss summer!

Walked w/DH this morning for 4.90 miles in 104 mins (6.26 total miles today for 13,460 steps) then got on the bike for 12.50 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then I worked out to a kettlebell DVD for 30 mins. A good Saturday!

Kathy you are so right. Tennis is for summer! You get extra bad weather points. :drinker:

Chris that was a great workout. Sorry about the winter weather. :scream:

Today was busy. Water change on two tanks. Walked the boys in our sunny 19° weather. Skipped lunch so I could have popcorn at the new Star wars. Went with my daughter and her family. Then home to run a full battery of tests on all the tanks. Time consuming. Then to Arbys with our friend. Then we went to a hockey game. Home by 1030. I completed the P90X Ab Ripper X. Then a 30 minute stretch. I am sure my body is going to be hurting all over tomorrow.

I did workout 2 of KCM Muscle Definition. More upper body but the legs were easier. Almost 40 minutes. Also got in about 20 minutes of walking the boys. Timmy cut the walk short. He took off at a run towards the SUV. It might have to do with the high wind and about 20 degrees weather.

Well I bought a power ball ticket. And I was thinking if I won at least a million that the 5 of us who are here the most should practice our walking skills on a beach, where it is warm. Together and on the lotteries dime! :drinker:

I was able to increase my weights to 12 pounds at times today. It was a good day.

STill having upset tummy. Not sure what's wrong but ate light today. If I feel bad tomorrow I'm going to stay home and rest. Will weigh tomorrow am and see if I lost anything. Hoping cutting back on calories will pay off.
    Love the new fish!

    It'll get easier!

Shelley, nice workout. I'm lucky to get one done. Getting two done is great work!!

Shelley and Paula...that was such a sweet gesture! Wish you guys had won!

Paula good job with the lights! I put our Charlie Brown Christmas Tree in the box and took it to the garage until next year!

Clara, I hope you get better. Maybe you should call your doc about it.

Walked w/DH this morning 4.0 miles in 83 mins (5.95 total miles for 12,875 steps) then got on the recumbent bike for 13.00 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Shades of Blue.

Headed to DC this morning for a training class. I checked the weather and it is freezing. Thank goodness The hotel is in a shopping mall. I plan to walk in the evenings. Had a small birthday dinner for my niece yesterday so inky got in 6,322 steps. And yes I ate a small slice of a really good birthday cake. I weighed in this morning 202.8.

Shelley, when you win how about Fiji. ;) I'm buying my ticket at the airport as I head out.

Paula, sounds like a very busy day. You accomplished a lot.

Clara, hope you feel better soon.

    Chris, excellent workouts as usual!

I had a feeling you would know the best place to go Kathy! :drinker: I ate a small slice of cake last night also. Hmmm, maybe we should have passed.

Chris that is a standing gesture as long as we are all still here. :drinker: Sounds like you got in loads of working out done. B)

Clara I hope you kick that tummy bug away. <3

Paula I hope one of us does win. It is so up there! B)
