When we got together in our group of friends she would always talk about this diet & that diet that she was going to try, always with the comment about the Little Black Dress she would wear for the next big event...

Life being life we hadn't met up for 18 months, but kept in contact, none of us knew what she was doing. On 31 Dec 2015 she sent us all the pictures below. I'm amazed and so proud of my friend, 51kg / 8 stone / 112 lbs in those 18 months, eating lower carb! - she is my inspiration for getting back into this way of eating!
