Afternoon everyone! Sorry for not posting the last couple of days. I got caught up into the new years stuff and unlike me...I fell asleep. Normally i'm up til midnight posting these because that is how my schedule works but not for the past couple of days. On to the challenge!

Today's Challenge: List 2 small goals and 1 big goal that you want to achieve this year

I want you to be able to look back and see what you accomplish in this upcoming year. So tell your resolutions to the world!

My short term resolutions: I'm going to start learning something new everyday and start drawing more often.

My long term resolution: Run a race by the end of the year

It'll take some training but I am up to the challenge!

My short term goal drinking more water and stop drinking soda.
I'd like to focus on the things each day that I'm grateful for. This would keep me positive in my weight loss journey.

My long-term goal is start planning my meals and exercise on my days off.
