Afternoon everyone! Sorry for not posting the last couple of days. I got caught up into the new years stuff and unlike me...I fell asleep. Normally i'm up til midnight posting these because that is how my schedule works but not for the past couple of days. On to the challenge!
Today's Challenge: List 2 small goals and 1 big goal that you want to achieve this year
I want you to be able to look back and see what you accomplish in this upcoming year. So tell your resolutions to the world!
My short term resolutions: I'm going to start learning something new everyday and start drawing more often.
My long term resolution: Run a race by the end of the year
It'll take some training but I am up to the challenge!

Big goal: have a child, whether our own or a foster child, doesn't matter, just want to love someone other then my wife.
Small goal one: walk at least 70,000 steps a week, every week.
Small goal two: be a size smaller then my mother (so size 16)0 -
Short Term Goal - upon waking habit formation ... Drinking a glass of water , practice gratitude, mover for 15 to 30 minutes ...
Long term goal - active lifestyle achieve at least 10,000 steps a day currently do about 2500 .. With this my pre stop smoking weight shall return :-)0 -
Short term goal 1: learn to sew. My first sewing class is next Saturday.
Short term goal 2: increase my weekly running mileage
Long term goal: Increase my bank account and emergency funds account

Long Term - Use MYP everyday, practice Gratitude everyday
Short Term - Get my office organized

Short Term - get 10k Steps a day

My short term goal drinking more water and stop drinking soda.
I'd like to focus on the things each day that I'm grateful for. This would keep me positive in my weight loss journey.
My long-term goal is start planning my meals and exercise on my days off.0 -
Long term goal: Lose 30-35 pounds.
Short term goal #1: Buy a home. I owned for 20 years, moved to California 2 years ago, and have been renting. I'm ready to commit.
