Bone broth

Good Morning. I've found that bone broth is a great help. If you have a turkey carcass left from the holidays, simmer it for hours and drink a cup first thing in the morning. Doesn't completely take the place of coffe, but is soothing.

    Ok, serious question @KatieLynnBauer -- Is Ghee worth it? I've never tried it! I've been just using coconut oil.

    Not Katie, but I really like ghee. It has a nuttier flavor than coconut oil. I haven't ventured to making my own yet. I had ordered some from thrive market that I'm finishing up first.

    I like coconut oil for cooking but ghee really adds a much deeper depth of flavor that I love! There's easy to follow directions online to make it at home that are a much cheaper alternative than buying pre-made. Once you try it you'll be hooked! Liquid gold. :)
