I have lost 50lbs so far, and have another 117 pounds to lose. As I start 2016, I would like to find an accountability buddy on MFP. Here is my info- 45 year ago female who has her diet under control, and now is beginning to add exercise. If you are looking for a buddy, pick me!

I have sent you all a request...
I am 41 and started this life change in mid October. I am down almost 20 so far and have at least 80 more to go. I have a goal of 185, but when I hit that, I plan to keep going. That is the weight I last remember in the 90's :-)
I have a Fitbit too that I am enjoying. I just got an an Apple Watch and trying to figure out if i still need the Fitbit.
In 2016 I need to exercise more. I'd like to be stronger and not be winded going up a flight of steps.

One of the things I like best about this challenge (group) is that for me to succeed I need to make sure I am adding in exercise to my routine. (Exercise did not happen in December!) So glad to have a reason to reset my goals and have weekly accountability!

I don't have fitbit but I'm looking to lose around the same amount as you. If you'd like another accountability buddy, feel free to add me. :)
