Lose 100lbs in 2016

Our goal will be to lose 100lbs during the calendar year of 2016. This is a group for like minded individuals. We will lean on each other for support and ideas. We will have weekly weigh ins and discussions to keep us on track and motivated. We would need to average approximately 2lbs per week or a little over 8lbs a month. This is not a goal for the faint of heart and it will be exhausting, frustrating but oh so rewarding!
