We are all here to lose weight, so that is the main goal for all of us, but does anyone have any goals related to weight loss that don't focus on the number on the scale?
A few of mine for 2016 are
1. Be able to do 20 regular push ups by the end of January.
2. Finish a Savage Race in May.
3. Get rid of that post baby pouch chilling on my lower stomach.
4. Feel comfortable in a bikini.
What kind of goals have you all set for yourselves?

4. To have more energy to keep up with my daughter
5. To be able to extend my arm again (broke kn august, limited range of motion).
6. Quit smoking0 -
I bought this pair of jeans in December 2014 that are just killer, I've been dying to get in them! I call them my goal jeans lol.
And to be able to do 5 miles running in 40 minutes, that was what I could do at my peak fitness and ever since then it's been my benchmark of how in shape I am. On the 31st I dit it in 60 minutes so a long way to go haha.0 -

Upper body strength is NOT my forte either. I can't do any real pull ups. My overhead press is not going anywhere either. I suppose it's a female thing. *sigh*0 -
Honestly, I want to feel comfortable showing off my sweet sleeve, without people knowing that if I flap my arms hard enough, I could fly with my wings...
I would love to get into cosplay, and eventually do some work with cosplay deviants... But I have to be comfortable in my own skin before I show it to people on the interwebs!0 -
I have a couple goals that I feel confident I can accomplish in the next couple years.
1. I want to feel comfortable enough with myself where I could walk around anywhere with my shirt off and not think anything of it. The last time I could do this was 6 years ago but that was in part due to an eating disorder. None of that anymore.
2. To build muscle and gain strength in all areas, especially my legs and core.
Now time for some dedication and motivation0
