Just checking to see how everyone is doing on their journey! Personally, I'm just a few pounds away from 50lbs total loss!!! I bought a size 15-17 juniors today and they fit perfectly! My last pair of leggings was a 22 women's!!!

So, I love to cook but I find it pretty hard too find decent recipes that are limited in calorie intake. So my question is, do you guys have some good healthy, tasty recipes lying around that can be shared? I would love to try them all out and it would help me out tons to stay on track. So I broke my knee
Tore my meniscus. Heading into surgery soonish I hope. I'm really bummed out. I can't do anything exercise wise right now, unless you count flapping my arms around. looking at 6-8 weeks recovery time. I'm torn between wanting to eat my feelings and being hyper vigilant about my diet b/c it's all I can do. Womp. womp womp…

NSG accomplishments anyone?
In terms of victories, I don't always have them on the scale because I LOVE food. In any case, I'm trying to consistently work on my body. I'm able to do 20 push ups!! That's a 2 and a 0. 20!! And, even better, is that they are not girl push ups. Woohoo!! Anyone else get any of your NSG done?

Hi all, I'm curious to see what healthy snacks you guys reach for, as I'm kinda in a snack rut. I need a little more variety than the below. Pretty much my go-tos are: Apples Bananas Cutie Oranges Trail Mix
