Twenty pounds in 13 weeks will be a weight loss pace of 1.5-1.6 pounds per week. That's just about right for me, I'm shooting for a 1% loss per week.

I weighed 130 before the start of all the holidays... I am pretty saddened by how far I let myself stray, but also relieved that my body hated it. My body is so "out of whack" right now.

Back to my 'normal' routine so I can feel back to normal!

I gained a few lbs during the holidays. Eating junk food made me feel terrible, it's hard to stop with the treating behavior. I'm hoping this challenge I will get my main goal of 155. Last time I did the challenge I lost 5 lbs gained it back over the holidays. I'm happy though that I didn't stop exercising for two months like in the past and gain a good 20 lbs back.

    Hi Everyone,

I'm going to target a 10-lb loss for this Challenge. I've really been struggling for the past number of months so I think 10 lbs is a realistic goal.

    Best of luck to everyone!

Hi Sherrib. Just added my details to your spreadsheet. Would it be possible for you to Make the total column sum our total loss as we go along?

Absolutely. I have hidden columns that will show each week's loss and that will be tallied automatically then.

I hadn't weighed myself in a while so I went with the first weight when I did. The reason why I like to weigh every day is because the last 2 days I've weighed in at 167.6 so I think that one is closer to my "true" weight. So still a weight gain over the holidays but I'll take a 2.6 lb weight gain over a 5 lb one

Added myself to the spreadsheet. I'm going to try for 20, but I've been struggling a bit with a newborn so I'd be happy with 10. =P
