Anti-inflammation foods?

I've been having trouble with pain lately. My doctor thinks I have fibroids or endometriosis. I am going to focus less on calories and more on reducing my processed white sugar and processed grains, as that is supposed to reduce inflammation and hopefully help with my pain.

Does anyone have experience with this?

    Also use Tumeric. It is a great natural anti-inflammatory :smile:

    LCHF has helped me. Turmeric is also excellent. I have zero abdominal pain now, especially those lower quadrants and kidney area.
