Started New Direction yesterday

Hello All,

I started the program yesterday. I'm really hoping it does get better in the next day or so, because right now I'm starving and exhausted. :(

Anyway, I am glad to have found this group! :)

    Welcome!

    Drink lots and lots of water and extra sodium. Bouillon is good. It's wonderful to be in ketosis but it's not so wonderful those first few day!

    Thanks. I am doing these things. I think part of the issue I got my TOM as well. Perfect time to start! LOL.

    I'm just two weeks in- so I can relate! I had my TOM last week and was pretty miserable. The hunger should subside soon. However, the DESIRE to eat is a more difficult battle to fight!

    I'm 5.5 weeks into the program
    Sometimes I am hungry but truly not that much.
