Transformation Tuesday *round 2

I know there was another thread for this last year, but I've searched through 40 pages of old threads and can't find it
So I'm starting a new one!
I hate to toot my own horn, it kind of makes me feel uncomfortable, weird I know.
I was feeling a little down on Monday because I weighed in up 14 lbs from where I was last august. I reminded myself that I'm still down overall from this time last year, but you know, a gain always feels like a gain even when its still part of an overall loss.
Last night I was babysitting and going through old pictures on facebook, I found one of me at my heaviest, I want to say this is around 2005, but I'm not sure. I honestly can't say how much I weighed in this pic as I stopped weighing at 190 lbs. A picture I had long since cropped myself out of, but the original was still showing on my sisters page with me tagged in it. I was stunned to see it again, and not happy to see it at all. Then I thought about it and decided to compare it to a picture of me on Christmas eve. I was feeling all depressed that I had gained weight, but this really put it in perspective for me.
I guess my point is, for any of you that are feeling down about adding a few lbs or for those who haven't achieved their desired goal yet. Think about how far you've come, even if you haven't lost any weight yet. Take comfort in knowing that you are on the right track and you are doing what is best for your body. It may take years but you are working in the right direction.
Sorry if this picture loads up gigantic, I don't know how to fix that, lol.

Lovely healthy looking skin and hair too.0 -
Congrats on the great transformation! It is easy to get down on ourselves when we don't change the way we want to, but if we stop and look back at where we were, it is a huge eye-opener and often times we have moved farther than we realize. Keep up the great work!0

Thank you all so much. Please share your photos too, or other transformations you've noticed since changing your way of eating.
@millliemoo that's one thing I noticed too, that old pic, you probably can't tell since its kinda grainy, but my skin was all broken out and I had lots of makeup on to cover it. the new pick I have 0 makeup on. its made a huge difference in my skin.0 -

Since you asked for more pics, here's my pictures. My before pic is from 2011, but it is my heaviest weight and what I was back up to in July of 2015. My after picture was from a Christmas Party for work.
Before:
Current:
My Avatar is from just a couple weeks ago, so that's pretty recent as well.

It was at a building that was refurbished as 3 big halls to rent out. My company rented the whole thing. Probably 500+ people there. It was themed as a 20's speakeasy, but I didn't have much to wear. The coat I am wearing was one I got almost 18 years ago. I can't quite button it, but it looked better than the one that I normally wore. It was huge on me.

Very cool. Well the hat pulled it all together, funny the coat looks like it fits perfect. I'll look forward to seeing next year's Christmas party photo0 -
Thanks! I too am looking forward to the next Christmas Party photo. I'm currently 12 pounds away from my lowest weight in 15 years. From that point forward, I will be smaller than my kids have ever seen me. I hope to get back down to my marriage weight this year.0

Thank you ladies for sharing your transformations are wonderful. I'm happy we're all here, I can't imagine where I'd be at right now if I hadn't found this group last March.0

I don't often get my picture taken so these aren't great, but it's all I have. I don't think I've ever shown you all who I am.
Me in April at about 185-190lbs, second September at about 170-175lbs, and finally early december at about 155lbs.
The first photo is when my ds#2 won gold in basketball. The second picture is with my oldest by the river, and the last photo is at one of my middle son's b-ball game in early December (I coach) with my 8 yo ds#3 in front of me.
I still want to lose about 10 more pounds but I'm fairly happy with where I am now. I'm not in a large rush any more.0
