January 2016 Goal Weight Challenge

Last month, I successfully reached my goal weight for the month, it's a miracle with all that I ate through the holidays. Not bragging, but I disciplined myself on days that I went over my calorie goal, I got on the treadmill & walked until my calories were back in the positive. I see hard work pays off.

    Since I am not doing a good job of doing any exercising regularly, my goal is 3xs/week walking 15 minutes each time. It may only be to/from somewhere for lunch during work. But it is a place to start. Since the # on the scale still holds power over me, I only weigh myself one the first day of the month, in the morning when I first wake up and have gone to the bathroom and am naked.

    Gonna try to get me some walking in on the treadmill tonight. Hoping to get in at least an hour, maybe I will be feeling pretty good and can push myself to an hour and a half.
