    good ones, BT- I really like the first one. Especially the part about exercising being an anti-depressent- that's really true. I felt so good after each run, and it makes you feel better about yourself that you do it. I can't wait to run outside again in the Spring!

    I know right? I was/am an emotional eater. I seem to have changed that a little over the course of this group. I find I am becoming a little bit if a gym rat now too lol.

    I know it isn't a quote, but I felt like it was relevant :).
    Also, I use my running time to often either zone out or think of how to fix any problems- good distraction if I'm tired.
