Transform your body Part II..........another 6 month journey to better more healthy you!!!!

Change up, we weigh in on Mondays and post to spreadsheet Start February 22!

Here are the rules:

-Weigh ins every Monday to keep track of weight.
-Final weigh in at the beginning of each month...goal is to lose 10 lbs/month more or less depending on your weight. If you don't have weight to lose and are trying to gain weight/muscle disregard this rule. The focus of this group is to transform the way you look and having people to support you
-Water, teas, black coffee and protein shakes as drinks...no sodas or sugar added to any of the drinks.
-Healthy meals...no fried food, less carbs, less fat, more protein or do what you know works for your body.
-Work out at least 3 times a week to start.
-Saturdays are mess up days.
-Every weigh in take a picture Front, Back, and both sides...doing this to make a flip book of my weight loss. This is for your own records, no need to share unless you want to.

Anyone who joins this group is committed to helping all others involved in group as well. Please make sure to buddy up and motivate one another. No one is being left behind on this journey.
