Ways to Motivate yourself!

I posted two of these photos in the Quotes section, but I figured I should post them here two. What I've done to help keep myself motivated is created a wall of foods I can eat and excercises I can do. See attachments. The other thing is I got two different "Jars" and filled one up with pebbles. The pebbles signify 1 lb I want to lose. Everytime I weigh myself in, I will shift "X" amount of lbs over to the weight already lost jar. Hope that makes sense. I love this idea because it gives you the opportunity to visualize your weight loss and helps you see it even if you don't feel you've lost much.

I can't do many exercises yet but I really like the jar of pebbles. I'm going to do that today.0

I really like this idea- I use Pandora for music though, and I don't think I can make a playlist with that. Is there something out there to actually choose your own songs for a playlist, like an app?0 -
I use music download unlimited.0

Axwell Ingross songs keep me motivated other than the open eye vision in my head to be fit and never look at the current scale reading ever again...0

if we each lose 1 pound a week, we will all be 27 lbs lighter by end of this challenge.0

I happen to meet a colleague from previous team today. We met after 2 months or so, and his first statement:...You seem to be losing weight...
My reaction: "YAY"....0 -

Here's something to motivate everyone- go to our group's spreadsheet and look at your starting weight, and then see where you are now. We've all accomplished so much in only a couple months- keep it up everyone!0
