Our group - How to best make it work for all members...

Hey guys, we might as well add each other as we're in the same group? What do you think? I'm already friends with some of you but it would be nice to be able to help each other out! :-)

I've added everyone as friend!
Also don't want to 'overwhelm' everyone, thinking they have to be the 'accountability police' for everyone in the group.
I'd suggest we either 'rotate' who we are buddies with (maybe make a 3 or 4 buddy system per week/month), or we just naturally find others that we click with (though it may be better to get with some people who are very different from yourself for a different perspective?).

It's hard to keep track of which of my friends are in this group, what if we do break into smaller groups and then once a week make an effort to look at those friends profiles to see if they're still logging meals and work outs and write on their wall to either call them out/ make a suggestion/ or encourage them to keep up their efforts? Or should it be more often than once a week? Just throwing out ideas, with such a large group it's hard to hold others accountable.0

I agree with Steve. Break it down to just a few people, get to be buddies with them, and potentially rotate from there. Keeping it smaller might be easier, but if you ever need more advice or support, come to the main group. At least that's my thinking.0

Hi guys, yes, the group is much bigger than I thought. Let's check out our progress on here and see what happens. I'm glad I joined this group (first time I joined one on mfp) as everyone is focused and serious about this.0

I'm happy to try anything but I have very limited access to the desktop version of the site and mostly use my mobile app which doesn't let me look at people's diaries and limits what I can see of their profile...0
