Toning and cellulite

Does toning the legs get rid of cellulite

Been doing a lot of squats and the dimples are still there. Any suggestions that actually work.

    The cellulite is excess fat pushing through a web of connective tissue. That's why when you push it see it even more.

    Basically to answer your question generally, you need to overall lose the fat on your body through a healthy routine of eating right, and exercising.

    Squats are always good! Mix in cardio like HIIT routines to help burn the fat and tone all your muscles! :)

    Thanks very much for the informative information.. I am trying to loose the body fat as mentioned..I am off to the gym for the HIIT training.

    I've found that squats work to an extent to make cellulite less visible.

    I'm in the same boat. I've seen small changes doing 30 minutes of intervals on the elliptical as well as weight training a couple times a week. I think its a one day at a time thing....

    Yes, you right.. I am doing squats with other legs training.. We will see how it turns out.
