    End of today is 7 full days on whole 30. NO cheats, no licks, no nada. I feel so incredibly proud of myself right now. THis is the longest in a LONG time that I have been binge free and not saying "oh well I will start again tomorrow".

    I'm right there with you. And I really feel in the grove with it now. I don't miss condiments as much as I thought I would. lol
